Production systems and content workflow for a Huawei mobile device launch
Resolutions supported Uniplan Shanghai on the main presentation for a Huawei mobile device launch at the Paris Convention Centre. The project centred on a 49m × 6.5m LED wall, designed to carry high-resolution HDR video and super-widescreen presentation content as a high-impact backdrop to the live launch.
Context
For a major mobile device launch, the screen content needed to look sharp, polished and visually consistent at very large scale. A key priority was maintaining high-resolution HDR imagery across the LED canvas, with smooth gradients and clean playback throughout the presentation. The scale of the screen meant playback, screen management, colour handling and content testing had to be planned carefully before the production reached site. The agency needed a specialist partner to define the content workflow, supply the playback and screen management solution, and provide experienced crew for setup, rehearsals and live delivery.

Resolutions' role
Resolutions established the content workflow and worked closely with the content producer to make sure the presentation assets were prepared correctly for the super-widescreen LED canvas and 10-bit HDR playback approach.
We designed and supplied the video playback and screen management system for the main presentation.
We worked alongside the local supplier, who provided the LED screen, sound and lighting systems, while Resolutions focused on content workflow, playback, screen management and live content delivery.
