Multi-year live content production for OutSystems ONE
Resolutions has supported OutSystems ONE across three consecutive years, helping deliver one of the company's flagship global conference moments. This case study focuses on ONE Conference 2026 at RAI Amsterdam.
Context
ONE Conference brought together keynote content, technical sessions, customer stories, partner activity, hybrid delivery, broadcast elements and captured content. The production needed to work clearly for audiences in the room, online and after the event.
The challenge
The event involved multiple content formats, audience types, stakeholders and production requirements. Presentations, media, contributors, broadcast systems, hybrid studio requirements and capture all needed to be planned and delivered as one joined-up production workflow.
Resolutions' role
Resolutions helped shape and deliver the production approach for the event. The project built on early production scoping carried out with emc3, helping shape the approach before the final production model was confirmed.
Our role included content planning, technical production, media server workflows, playback, live delivery support, broadcast camera systems, and the design and production of the hybrid studio.
Across the OutSystems events, Resolutions worked alongside locally contracted AV suppliers, who provided the supporting event infrastructure.
Resolutions supplied key show crew to maintain continuity across the multi-year programme, helping keep production knowledge, workflows and delivery standards consistent as suppliers and venues changed.
Our role focused on live content production, helping align presentations, media, contributors, production systems and show requirements across the event.
Outcome
The event delivered a flagship conference experience for OutSystems' global community, supporting audiences in the room, online and through captured outputs. The three-year relationship reflects repeat trust, detailed event knowledge and consistent delivery across an evolving live, hybrid and broadcast production environment.
